The chakras, their importance, location and function in the body

Chakras are centers of whirling concentrated subtle energies.

Chakras are energy centers in the body that are believed to be associated with various physical, emotional, and spiritual functions.

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna):

It is connected to our intuition, imagination, and spiritual insight and govern our inner wisdom.

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara):
Located at the top of the head, the crown chakra is associated with the color violet or white, the element of consciousness or pure awareness (the thought element), and the sound vibration "AH".
