How To Manifest Using Sexual Energy In 5 Steps

Want to use your sexual energy to manifest what you want? Follow this blog post to learn how to manifest using sexual energy in 5 steps.
How does sexual energy help with manifesting? Sexual energy is incredibly high vibrational so it helps you manifest by raising your energy into vibrational alignment with the feelings you would like to experience.
Sexual energy feels very good so it helps you return into alignment with the Universe and remember your higher self.
This is why many people say things like, “Oh God!” Or “Oh my God!” during sex because the experience feels like it transcends the physical realm.
People tend to let loose and forget their limiting beliefs during sex so it is the perfect opportunity to transmute that sexual energy into fuel for attracting your desires.
As I teach in my book, Feeling Good, when you feel good, you unblock your manifestation power and reclaim the power of creation that was always within you.
Follow these five steps and start manifesting using sexual energy.
Step 1: Choose One Thing To Manifest
The first step to manifesting using sexual energy is to choose one thing to manifest.
You probably have a million things you want to attract into your life, but as I teach in my manifestation course, the best way to manifest is to focus on one thing at a time.
Being crystal clear about one specific desire helps you cultivate the feeling of that experience and attract it into your reality.
So sift through your desires and select the one you want to focus on right now.
Write your desire down in your manifestation journal.

Step 2: Set An Intention
The second step to manifesting using sexual energy is to set an intention for your manifestation.
Recite this intention in your mind before, during, and after sex.
Ask yourself this question, “Why do you want to manifest this desire?” and write down your answer in your manifestation journal.
Be totally honest when answering this question. That’s the only way you can uncover the energy that is backing up your desire.
When it comes to manifesting using the Law of Attraction, always remember that whatever energy you send out, you will receive.
Here’s an example of a positive intention for manifesting money, “I want to feel abundant and joyful by manifesting $10,000 this month.”
Try to associate your desire with positive emotions because these emotions are the feelings you want to align with during sex.
You can refer to the Emotional Guidance Scale and assess whether the vibrations of the emotions backing up your desire.
If your find that your intention is backed by low vibrations, use manifestation techniques like these positive affirmations for alignment and prayers to the Universe to shift your vibrations before proceeding to the next step.
Step 3: Maximize Your Sexual Energy
The third step to manifesting using sexual energy is to maximize the sexual energy you’re about to create.
This step is all about doing what makes you feel good because nobody knows your body better than you.
You can manifest using sexual energy by yourself or with a partner. I actually recommend going solo unless your partner is also into manifestation.
Otherwise, they may not cooperate with you and their resistance can actually lower your vibration.
If you are channeling sexual energy through masturbation, take some time to set the mood and environment so you are absolutely comfortable in exploring your own body.
If you are channeling sexual energy with a partner, make sure to discuss and communicate your likes and dislikes to maximize the pleasure you’re about to give and receive.
Remember that feeling good is your birthright.
The more unapologetic you are about your sexuality, the more sexual energy you will be able to channel.
Step 4: Surrender To The Sexual Energy
The fourth step to manifesting using sexual energy is to surrender to the sexual energy.
Sexual energy is linked to positive emotions like love, joy, and passion—all of which are emotions with high vibrational frequencies.
The more you feel into these positive energies, the more aligned you are with the loving frequency of the Universe.
And when you are aligned with the Universe, you become a powerful co-creator with the creative forces that are all around you and within you.
In other words, you remember the God within you.
Whether you are by yourself or with a partner, try to stay totally present during the session.
Surrender to the powerful current of the sexual energy, and make it your priority to feel good and have fun.
Step 5: Relax After The Climax
The final step to manifesting using sexual energy is to relax in the aftermath of the orgasm.
Don’t immediately rush to clean up or hop into the shower.
The blissful moment after the climax is the perfect opportunity to recall the positive intention you’ve set before the session.
You don’t want to waste all this high vibrational energy you’ve worked so hard to channel.
Now’s the best time to get into vibrational alignment with your desire through a visualization meditation.
Close your eyes and focus your attention on the desire you want to manifest.
Try to visualize yourself experiencing the desire you want as if it has already manifested.
Feel into the positive intentions behind your desire and let your creative visions inspire you.
Continue to visualize for 5 minutes before going on about your day.
