Manifestation Tips For Beginners (With 6 Easy Steps)
Manifesting through the power of the law of attraction, the law of vibration or the universe is an incredible talent to develop. You can have almost anything you desire or wish once you realise it’s real benefits. Like any new skill, you need to understand and learn the basics before you can attract your wishes, and these beginners tips can supercharge your results fast.
I’ve spent many years studying, practising and executing various methods to assist with manifesting my desires, goals and ideas. I believe these 6 tips will get you on the path to manifestation the quickest, but they demand your full energy and concentration for them to work successfully. The secret is to exercise these techniques every day and have the determination to continue, even if doubts appear in your mind.
1. Have Faith and Belief Your Manifestation Will Happen
Before you can start on your journey of manifestation, you must have faith in what you’re doing and the belief it will manifest one day. Without these two key ingredients, you will fail at the first stage. Without faith and belief, your manifestation is merely a wish or dream. Billions of people in our world have wishes and dreams, but only a small proportion make them a reality.
The mystery and magic of the law of attraction is people believe that manifestation appears without any conscious effort or realisation. However, it’s untrue you are undoubtedly aware of the things you want to manifest, but this then produces conflict in your mind. Your mind suggests all the reason why the law of attraction doesn’t work, and you believe these worries and fears. Ultimate people then think it’s a bad idea and give up and continue on the road to mediocrity.
To prevent fear, worry, doubt and self-sabotage, you must have faith and belief your desire will manifest. Only think about the positives of your desire and believe without any doubts it will arrive once you’re ready to receive it. Some days will be harder than others and self-doubts will overwhelm your mind, but if you push past, your manifestation is awaiting you. Don’t be like the 95% of the population and give up on your goals, strive to be similar to the 5% and accomplish greatness.
2. Design a Vision Board With Your Goals
Your subconscious mind is the section of your mind you need to influence so manifestation can begin. Your full power rests in the subconscious, but it can be difficult and time-consuming to modify. It’s essential you understand and acknowledge the real energy the subconscious contains. To discover the impact your subconscious mind has read this post.
To develop your subconscious mind, the quickest, pictures are the most suitable. You think in image format not in words, therefore, to impress your desire onto your subconscious, you need to create a vision board. Your vision board must incorporate all the things you want, including houses, cars, bank balance, body and more. Find pictures that show the details of your desires, for example, if you desire a car choose an image of the exact model, colour and modifications you want. The more precise the image, the higher likelihood it will manifest.
When your vision board is complete, it’s vital you place it somewhere in view. You want to see the vision board as many time during the day. I place my vision board in front of my office desk. Therefore, each time I look up, I notice my vision board. The more you can impress your desires onto your subconscious mind, the faster manifestation occurs.
To intensify your likelihood for success, design a digital vision board. You can save it on your mobile phone screen saver and desktop computer. You can view your vision board regularly. Check out the video below which demonstrate the process I take.
3. Write Your Manifestation Before Sleep
The hours leading up to sleep are significant for manifestation. Your conscious mind begins to slow down and relax, which enables your subconscious mind to take over. Your goal is to imprint your subconscious mind with your desires, and this time of the day is best. The goal is to write out your most positive desires in detail. Describe the item you want to manifest entirely and apply your imagination to create the picture in your mind.
As you write your manifestation statement, play the movie in your mind. Your subconscious mind will not recognise the difference between imagination and reality. You can profit from this because you’re tricking your mind into thinking the desire is already happening. The longer you can hold and create the image, the deeper and stronger your subconscious mind connects with it. Finally, when your subconscious mind understands and connects with the picture, it can manifest the opportunities to make it a reality.
4. Listen To Positive Affirmations Throughout Sleep
Believe it or not, but your subconscious mind doesn’t sleep; therefore, you can utilise this phenomenon. Our brain is designed to keep us from danger and to perform this, the subconscious mind is developed to listen to the surrounding environment whilst our conscious mind rests. In the modern world, we don’t receive the same threats our ancestors had. Suggesting you can utilise this capability for your advantages.
To deeply imprint your desires and transform your mindset from negative to positive, listen to affirmations during sleep. Either play affirmations into your bedroom from a speaker or place your earphone in. The purpose is to fall asleep and ignore the affirmations playing. The magic occurs when your conscious mind is sleeping, but your subconscious is open and listening to these powerful, positive and transformational statements.
I genuinely believe this is one of the most straightforward steps to adopt and provides you with enormous benefits. You will wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, alter and equipped to accomplish your goals. Practice affirmation every night for 30 days, and the impact it will have on your mindset is indescribable.
5. Quiet The Mind With Meditation Every Morning
A recent study records we have around 80,000 thoughts, ideas and fears racing within our minds every day. Moreover, 90% of these thoughts repeat daily, and we have no conscious awareness of them appearing. You must take back control of your mind and take time to strengthen your concentration and relax the mind. Meditation is the best example of mindfulness.
More than 80% of high performing, successful individuals take time in the morning to regular practice meditation. There’s a reason for this, it works. If you never take time out for your mind to rest, it’s continuously operating at full speed. Envision buying your dream car, but you always drive it at 150mph from the moment you wake up to the time you go to sleep. That car wouldn’t last long before it burnt out. Your mind is the exact same.
A 10-minute meditation session each morning will give you back control of your mind. It allows your conscious mind to organise your day, its strengths your concentration skills, and it enables your subconscious mind to solve problems. These are all things we could profit from in our busy and modern lives.
6. Exercise Daily Visualisation After Meditation
Daily visualisation should be a foundational technique in your manifestation journey. If you commit to exercising visualisation consistently, your desires will be attracted to your reality exceptionally fast. The reason your subconscious mind can’t distinguish between fiction and reality. Therefore, if you regularly imagination the things you want, your subconscious mind believes it already exists. Meaning you manifest the physical thought into existence.
If you have a specific goal, desire, person you want to meet or you have a business goal to earn money. If you get into the zone or state of mind where you have the strongest connection to the subconscious, which can result in you manifesting all of your dreams. Visualisation is a difficult discipline to master at the beginning, but the practice is essential if your desire change.
